At Alkhair Foam, we are committed to your comfort and offer a flexible 30-day return policy for unused mattresses and bedding products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will facilitate a return or exchange to ensure you get the perfect night's sleep.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Product

  Ensure the foam product is in its original condition and packaging; for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been stained or damaged.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once approved, our logistics team will coordinate a convenient time to collect the bulky items from your residence at no additional cost for valid warranty claims.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
